Harris, Crow team up to lead Chesapeake

Cliff Harris and Jamie Crow, paired in the event for the first time, made seven birdies in recording a 6-under-par 31-3465 and took a one-stroke lead after one round of the ninth annual Chesapeake Cup yesterday at Caves Valley Golf Club.

Ex-champions Craig Carson-Bob Young combined for six birdies in shooting 35-3166 in the 20-team championship field. (Results, 10D)
