Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southeastern District

Shooting: Police were seeking a man who shot another man several times in the upper body in the 200 block of S. Duncan St. about 11 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was in serious condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Eastern District

Stolen vehicle: A black 1990 Ford Aerostar van with tags 794784M was stolen Tuesday in the 1400 block of Aisquith St.

Stolen van: A 1994 Dodge van with tags 641565M was stolen Tuesday in the 2200 block of Aisquith St.

Burglary: A compact disc player, TV, jewelry and cash -- all valued at more than $600 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2400 block of E. Lafayette Ave.

Theft: A TV and videocassette recorder -- all valued at more than $400 -- were stolen Tuesday from a 1999 Peterbilt truck tractor parked in the 3600 block of E. Monument St.

Northern District

Assault: Police were seeking a man who struck a woman with his car in the 400 block of Hollen Road Tuesday night and dragged her several feet. The man drove off, and the woman, 22, was treated at Sinai Hospital for a fractured ankle and other injuries.

Robbery attempt: A man, 43, and his wife, 33, were walking in the 3300 block of Westerwald Ave. about 11 p.m. Tuesday when four men demanded their money. When the couple said they had none, they were assaulted. They were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Stolen car: A 1992 Ford Taurus with Minnesota tags 567 LLH was stolen in the 200 block of Stoneyford Road Tuesday.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Burglary: A power nailer and a hand truck -- all valued at more than $500 -- were stolen between Saturday and Tuesday from an office at Bethlehem Steel Corp. in the 500 block of North Point Blvd.

Garrison Precinct

Burglaries: Three clothes washers and three dryers were stolen over the weekend from three houses under construction in the 4500 block of Ingham Road..

Robbery: Two men were in the first block of Otley Court about 6: 30 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed one of them of jewelry of unknown value.

Burglaries: Nearly $2,000 in cash and checks were stolen overnight Sunday from the 19th Hole Grill and Golf Center in the 300 block of Mitchell Drive.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 9800 block of Lyons Mill Road Tuesday and took more than $2,000 from a bedroom.

Stolen vehicle: A white 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan with tags ACP 50D was stolen Tuesday in the 2800 block of Quarry Heights Way.

Stolen car: A gold-colored 1990 Honda Accord with tags 121 ARB was stolen Tuesday in the 3200 block of Hatton Road.

Burglary: Video games and cash -- all valued at nearly $600 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 18300 block of Upper Beckleysville Road.

Burglary: A lawn tractor valued at more than $2,000 was stolen Tuesday from Bay Country Rentals in the first block of Main St. in Reisterstown.

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $300 was stolen Tuesday from the dining room of a house in the 9600 block of Southall Road.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house under construction in the first block of Gunfalls Garth Tuesday and caused nearly $1,000 damage to interior walls and doors.

Robbery attempt/arrests: Three teen-aged males were arrested Tuesday night and charged as juveniles with assaulting and attempting to rob a male, 15, in the first block of Spindrift Circle.
