Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Drug arrest: After obtaining a search-and-seizure warrant, the district's drug enforcement unit raided a rowhouse in the 2600 block of Orleans St. yesterday, arrested a man and seized $20,000 worth of crack cocaine, $1,500, a 10 mm handgun and drug paraphernalia. The man was hiding in the closet, where the drugs were found. Titus Green Jr., 49, of the Orleans Street address, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute and related offenses, and processed at the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Northern District

Bank robbery: A man robbed Regal Savings Bank FSB in the 2400 block of N. Charles St. of an undisclosed sum about 2 p.m yesterday. It was not known whether the man displayed a weapon or gave a teller a note demanding money.

Central District

Arrest: A man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with attempting to steal flags and pennants from the Bay Lady, a tour boat docked at the Inner Harbor. Police said the man, a crew member of the sailboat Clipper City, was upset when his craft and the Bay Lady allegedly nearly collided in the Inner Harbor. While police were investigating the incident, they found an American flag belonging to the Bay Lady in a trash can near a pier. Charged and processed at the Central Booking and Intake Center was Christopher Landers, 25, who gave his address as the Clipper City.

Burglary: While the resident of a house in the 1600 block of Bolton St. was on the second and third floors doing renovation work Monday, someone entered the first floor through a door and stole the man's wallet containing $60 and credit cards.

Southern District

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 700 block of McHenry St. through a window between Friday and Monday and stole a videocassette recorder and two cordless telephones, all valued at $400.

Robbery: During an argument with his former girlfriend in her home in the 2400 block of Dorton Court Monday, a man, 33, threatened her with a handgun, struck her with his fist and robbed her of $100. No arrest had been made.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Someone entered a house under renovation in the 4400 block of Flowerton Road between May 11 and Monday and stole copper piping, a bathroom sink, lamps and a fireplace insert, all valued at nearly $5,000.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Carjacking/arrest: A woman was exiting her car in the 600 block of Woodside Road about noon yesterday when a boy, 16, who implied he was armed, stole her keys and drove off in her 1991 Buick. During a police pursuit in Baltimore City and the county, the youth drove down a dead-end street in the Gwynn Oak area of the county and struck a tree. He ran from the car but was caught after a brief chase. He was charged as an adult with armed carjacking, auto theft and related offenses.

Robbery: A man, 29, was walking across the parking lot of the Home Depot store in the 6000 block Baltimore National Pike about 4 p.m. Monday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet containing nearly $50.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: After leaving a party in the 9800 block of Magledt Road about 3 a.m. Monday, a boy, 17, was assaulted by several other partygoers who robbed him of a 10-karat gold necklace and a pager. No arrests had been made.
