Larry E. Kittelberger, vice president, exercised an option for 40,000 shares of common stock at $25.32 each April 28 and sold them for $57.63 each the same day. He now directly and indirectly holds 339 common.

Jeffrey I. Sinclair, president, exercised an option for 13,800 shares of common stoct at between $35.79 and $36.47 each from April 28 to April 29, and sold them for between $58.25 and $58.81 each from April 28 to April 29. Sinclair now directly and indirectly holds 226 common shares.

William J. Amelio, president, exercised an option for 31,345 shares of common at between an unreported price and $53.59 each from April 14 to April 29.
