Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Burglary: A lawn mower, chain saw, 21-inch television, cable box, videocassette recorder, trash can, mirrors and two shovels were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4400 block of St. Georges Ave.

Eastern District

Robbery: A man was walking across the parking lot at Durham Middle School in the 500 block of N. Caroline St. about 10: 30 p.m. Monday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his wallet containing personal papers.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A woman was walking through a tunnel between Eastern Avenue and Martin Boulevard in Middle River about 10 a.m. Tuesday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $300.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Seven laptop computers valued at $14,000 were stolen from EMC Co. in the 11000 block of McCormick Road at Hunt Valley overnight Monday. Police found no forced entry.

Burglary: Two 10-year-old male residents of a Catholic Charities group home in the 2600 block of Pot Spring Road were charged with entering the vocational training building on the grounds through a window Tuesday and stealing keys and 12 pens.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 42, was in the 8200 block of Liberty Road about 2: 45 p.m. Tuesday when a gunman forced her to accompany him inside the nearby Rockdale branch of Provident Bank of Maryland. In the bank, the man stood near the woman with his gun concealed while she withdrew $500 from her account. Outside, he took the money from her and escaped with a second man who acted as a lookout.

Burglary: A 24-inch 12-speed pink bicycle with white specks, valued at $100, was stolen Tuesday from the rear porch of a house in the 6600 block of Dalton Road.

Burglary: A mountain bicycle of unknown value was stolen from a garage in the 12500 block of Valley Pines Drive between May 10 and Tuesday.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 8200 block of Knights Way through a window between May 8 and Monday and stole a sofa, chair and video games.

Stolen car: A blue 1991 Toyota Corolla with tags ABW 696 was stolen Tuesday in the 12300 block of Gwynn Owings Drive.

Burglary: Computer equipment of unknown value was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4300 block of Deer Park Road.

Burglary: Property valued at $700 was stolen from a model home in the 9600 block of Westland Circle between April 1 and Tuesday.
