One man dead, two others hurt in shooting in West Baltimore

An unidentified man died early yesterday when he and two other men were shot multiple times in the 400 block of Bloom St. near Druid Hill Avenue, Baltimore police reported.

The man was shot in the upper torso and died at the scene shortly after 2 a.m., said Agent Angelique Cook-Hayes, a police spokeswoman. The other two men were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where they were being treated for gunshot wounds yesterday, police said.

Ricky Miller, 31, of the 1700 block of Abbotston St., was in critical condition, and Kevin Dorsey, 33, of the 1500 block of McKean Ave., was in stable condition yesterday, police said.
