Behind Betsy Gaines' four goals, defending titlist and No. 3 Roland Park routed St. Paul's, 11-2, in an Association of Independent Schools A Division Tournament quarterfinal yesterday.
The host Reds (13-1-2) also got two goals each from Elizabeth Ryan and Whitney Jamison. Micah Cunningham made 13 saves for the Gators (6-4-2).
In a rematch of last year's title game, the Reds will play host to No. 4 Notre Dame Prep in a 4 p.m. semifinal tomorrow. They tied during the regular season.

No. 2 Bryn Mawr 16, Mount de Sales 8: Liz Martin had four goals and two assists as the Mawrtians (14-1-1) defeated the Sailors (14-10). Tara Hardiman and Katie Coyne scored three goals each for the Mawrtians, who will play host to St. Mary's in a semifinal at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
No. 4 Notre Dame Prep 19, Mercy 9: Wick Stanwick scored six goals and Lauren Aumiller had five as the Pirates (11-1-1) eliminated the Magic (8-5-1) at Garrison Forest. Katie Chrest led the Magic with four goals.
No. 7 St. Mary's 11, Maryvale 6: The Saints (10-7) got four goals from Courtney Kearns as they beat Maryvale at Weems Whelan Field in Annapolis. Shannon Kron led the Lions (11-7-1) with two goals.
AIS B Division
Archbishop Spalding 9, Oldfields 4: Katie Mannix's three goals and one assist led the Cavaliers (10-9-1) past Oldfields in a tournament quarterfinal game. Ashley Vizzi scored three of Oldfields' goals. The Cavaliers play host to Glenelg Country School in a semifinal at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
Glenelg Country 9, Key School 7: Rachel Baron's four goals and Molly Walker's three powered the Dragons in the quarterfinal.
Park 19, Towson Catholic 0: Led by five goals from Hannah Robbins, 10 Bruins scored in yesterday's quarterfinal romp. Lisa Miller scored three, and Rebecca Sandler and Brandi Washington had two each. Jessie Faulteroy made 14 saves for the Owls. The Bruins (14-3) play host to Institute of Notre Dame in a semifinal at 4 p.m. tomorrow.
Institute of Notre Dame 14, Catholic 9: Brandy Ault scored four of her seven goals in the first half as the Indians (8-9) won their quarterfinal. Jennifer Leo had three goals for IND. Maria Battaglia, Lindsay Polec and Katierose Riegger scored two each for the Cubs.
