Blue Jays: In 22 career games in the Kingdome, Carlos Delgado has 12 homers and 25 RBIs. In the four-game series, he had three homers and seven RBIs.

Indians: This was Kenny Lofton's second four-hit game of the year. Sandy Alomar was at designated hitter for the first time this year.

Mariners: Rafael Bournigal, who is filling in at shortstop for the injured Alex Rodriguez, committed his first error in 96 games since Aug. 26, 1997, when he played with Oakland. Seattle allowed 11 runs or more for the fourth time this year.

Rangers: Rafael Palmeiro, who got his 1,000th career hit Sunday, is No. 11 among active players.
