Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Larceny: A Swiss army watch, valued at $800, was stolen from a desk at First Choice Rehabilitation Center in the 1300 block of E. North Ave. about 4: 40 p.m. Wednesday. The owner, 50, had taken it off to wash his hands.

Robbery: A man, 43, had his mother's mo-ped, valued at $1,300, taken from him in the 1200 block of N. Bradford St. about 7: 10 p.m. Tuesday. The victim stopped the motorbike when two men yelled at him. They then pulled him off it.

Central District

Assault: A former employee of Mick O'Shea's in the 300 block of N. Charles St. struck the manager on the right side of the head and the left arm with a crowbar after an argument at the pub about 11: 30 a.m. Tuesday. The male victim, 26, was treated at Mercy Medical Center. Police were searching for the male suspect, 24.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Mechanic's tools, a lawn mower and gardening tools, all valued at $500 were stolen from a garage in the first block of S. Abington St. between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Northeastern District

Burglary: Thieves kicked in a second-floor door at Big Boy's Social Club in the 1600 block of Abbotston St. between 7: 30 p.m. Monday and 6 p.m. Tuesday and stole a television, camera and other items, all valued at $730.

Burglary: A burglar broke out the window in the front door of a residence in the 3600 block of Elkader Road between 9 a.m. and 7: 30 p.m. Tuesday and stole a camera and binoculars, all valued at $450.

Northern District

Burglary: A video game, game tapes, portable stereo and jewelry -- all valued at $1,165 -- were stolen Tuesday from a home in the 4400 block of St. George's Ave.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: A videocassette recorder worth $120 was stolen from a home in the 100 block of Westowne Road between 10 a.m. and 2: 30 p.m. yesterday. Burglary: About $500 worth of tools were stolen from a storage shed in the 3200 block of Stanley Road between 3 a.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Essex Precinct

Home invasion: Two armed men in their 20s invaded a residence in the 900 block of Foxcroft Lane about 8: 50 p.m. Wednesday. They ordered a boy, and his male friend, both 14, to carry a television, videocassette recorder, jewelry and other items to a car in an alley behind the dwelling, where a third person was waiting.

Burglary: Thieves stole $2,450 worth of tires and parts from K&M Auto in the 7300 block of Golden Ring Road between 10 p.m. and midnight Monday. A chain was cut to unlock the front gate.

Cockeysville Precinct

Armed Robbery: A man with a knife robbed the Royal Farms convenience store in the 500 block of W. Seminary Ave. of an undisclosed amount of cash about 11: 45 p.m. Wednesday. Two female clerks at the store, ages 63 and 56, were uninjured.
