Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Burglary: A refrigerator was stolen from a vacant unit at Seton Park Apartments in the 5600 block of Burris Ave. between 4 p.m. Friday and 10 p.m. Monday. A pry tool was used to gain entry.

Burglary: A witness reported seeing a man in his 30s break through a second-floor window at Forest Park Reformed Presbyterian Church in the 3400 block of Garrison Blvd. about 9: 10 p.m. Monday. The man, who set off a burglar alarm, made off with a $400 videocassette recorder.

Northern District

Burglary: A rock was used to break the window in the front door of a house in the 700 block of Sheridan Ave. between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. yesterday. A television, videocassette recorder and other items, all valued at $599, were stolen.

Burglary: Someone entered a residence in the 4300 block of N. Charles St. through an unlocked front door between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday and stole a videocassette recorder, jewelry and other items, all valued at $3,710.

Central District

Burglary: A burglar pried open the basement door of a home in the 2400 block of Callow Ave. between Friday and yesterday and stole a lawn mower, television, microwave oven and men's clothing. The loss was estimated at $1,750.

Theft: An IBM laptop computer worth $2,000 was stolen from an unsecured, 27th-floor office at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP, a law firm in the 100 block of E. Pratt St., between Friday and Monday.

Eastern District

Burglary: A thief broke in through a rear kitchen window at a house in the 700 block of N. Kenwood Ave. between 4: 45 p.m. April 20 and 7: 30 a.m. Monday and took jewelry and other items, all valued at $3,925.

Robbery: A man grabbed a woman, 43, at an automated teller machine in the 2000 block of Harford Road at 10: 24 p.m. Monday and took $200 from her. The woman suffered a small cut to her finger when she grappled with the assailant.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man stole an undetermined amount of money from a First National Bank of Maryland branch in the 3400 block of Eastern Ave. at 10: 26 a.m. Monday. The man, who handed a teller a note demanding money, fled south on Highland Avenue.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Two dirt bikes and an all-terrain vehicle, all valued at $8,700, were stolen between 1 a.m. and 6: 30 a.m. yesterday in the 900 block of Rosedale Ave.
