If you're thinking about remodeling your kitchen or are just looking for some great ideas to perk up your house, attend the Kitchen Tour Sunday in Talbot County. A spring fund-raiser for the Eastern Shore Chamber Music Festival, the tour, which takes you to Easton, Oxford and St. Michaels, features 12 unique kitchens ranging from intimate to lavish. Experts will be available in each kitchen to discuss plans for remodeling or complete renovations.

Tour hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets, at $15 in advance and $20 the day of the event, can be purchased at outlets including ESCMF office or Talbot Kitchens in Easton, Chesapeake Trading Co. in St. Michaels, the Oxford Mews in Oxford, the Dorchester Arts Center in Cambridge, and Corsica Book Store in Centreville. Georgia O'Keeffe

Explore a range of work by Georgia O'Keeffe when the Phillips Collection in Washington presents "Georgia O'Keeffe -- The Poetry" Saturday through July 18. The exhibition brings together 69 pieces, including paintings and works on paper from 1908 to 1963, drawn from the artist's major series of fruit, leaves, flowers, shells, bones, crosses and door. Highlights include "Green Apple on Black Plate," a 1922 oil on canvas, and "Ladder to the Moon," a 1958 oil on canvas.

The Phillips Collection is at 1600 21st St. N.W. Admission to the exhibition is by timed tickets and includes an audio guide and entry to the permanent collection -- $12.50; $9.50 seniors, full-time students and ages 12-18; free for ages 12 and under. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday (until 8 p.m. Thursday) and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. For tickets, call 410-481-SEAT; for museum information, call 202-387-2151.
