Strengths: Has solid speed, agility; extremely coachable.

Weaknesses: Played against Division II competition; needs to work on technique.

Jared DeVries

Height: 6-3

Weight: 280

School: Iowa

Position: DT

40 time: 4.88

Strengths: Tough and tireless worker who can wear down the opposition in games.

Weaknesses: May lack the bulk to hold up during a 16-game regular season; ankle injury is a concern.

John Thornton

Height: 6-3

Weight: 299

School: West Virginia

Position: DT

Strength: Has the ability to wall off people; shows some explosion.

Weaknesses: Has a tendency to get high on run blocks, which limits his strength and effectiveness.

Yusuf Scott

Height: 6-3

Strengths: Maintains contact after initial pop, seldom loses his feet.

Weaknesses: Has trouble with quick pass rushers.

David Loverne

Weaknesses: He doesn't have a lot of range.

Matt Stinchcomb

Weaknesses: Sometimes gets overextended and knocked back off the ball.
