Erin Duggan joins Eisner as senior account executive

Eisner & Associates Inc. hired Erin Duggan as a senior account executive. The University of North Carolina at Greensboro graduate formerly was Tanger Factory Outlets senior marketing executive.

Difillipantonio, Dobyski take posts at Strategix

Strategix appointed Kristin Difillipantonio production manager and Dave Dobyski as art director for the Woodlawn marketing and advertising firm. Difillipantonio, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, has been with the firm since 1997, when it acquired Hartt & Co., her former employer. Dobyski, with the firm since 1992, was a production artist. He holds several degrees and is a graduate of the Maryland Institute, College of Art and the Professional Institute of Commercial Art and Catonsville Community College.

Banking and finance

Benner is branch officer at 1st Mariner Bank 1st Mariner Bank appointed Patricia Cogar Benner as a branch officer. Benner, assigned to the Glen Burnie office of the Baltimore financial institution, will be responsible for branch management, daily operation and staff supervision.

Benner is a graduate of Towson University. The Baltimore resident and volunteer at the National Aquarium formerly was with Provident Bank of Maryland.


Adams appoints Canatella, Steiner vice presidents

Henry Adams Inc. appointed Carl E. Canatella and Donald Steiner as vice presidents for the consulting engineering firm in Towson.

Canatella, a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, is chief electrical engineer for the firm. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Society of Military Engineers and the Automatic Fire Alarm Association.

Steiner is the company's chief mechanical engineer. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and a member of the 90.1 Standards Committee for energy codes.

Health care

Neugroschel chief executive of Coventry CareLink

Coventry CareLink named William J. Neugroschel chief executive officer of the Linthicum senior health care and housing development, management, financial and marketing services firm.

He will have responsibility for execution of the firm's business plan, strategic planning, finance and marketing operations. Formerly the director of development with Manor Care Health Services, the Ellicott City resident is an MBA graduate of Georgia State University.
