Gemcraft Homes has opened six new models at Hickory Overlook, a townhouse community in Bel Air.

Public water and sewer, gas heat and hot water and electric cooking are standard features in the Harford County community.

Two weeks ago, the Charleston, Savannah and Calverton -- ranging in price from $97,990 to $110,400 -- were highlighted. Today, the final three models are featured.

The Laurelton starts at $110,400 for 1,320 to 2,440 square feet of finished space.

An optional powder room, laundry room and a 20-by-18-foot recreation room make up the basement.

A combination 16-by-11-foot living room and 16-by-9-foot dining room make up most of the first floor along with a 19-by-12-foot kitchen.

The second floor consists of a bath, 17-by-12-foot master bedroom, 12-by-9-foot bedroom and a 12-by-10-foot bedroom.

The McHenry starts at $132,400 for 1,824 to 2,880 square feet of finished space.

An optional bath, laundry room, 14-by-13-foot den and a 23-by-12-foot recreation room make up the basement.

A foyer, bath, 14-by-13-foot master bedroom, 15-by-9-foot living room, 14-by-9-foot dining room, 12-by-12-foot kitchen and 12-by-11-foot family room complete the first floor.

The second floor consists of a bath, 13-by-12-foot bedroom, 12-by-10-foot bedroom and a 8-by-6-foot loft.

The Ridgely starts at $109,400 for 1,320 to 2,392 square feet of finished space.

An optional powder room, kitchen, 18-by-14-foot living room and 13-by-10-foot dining room complete the lower level.

The second floor consists of a 17-by-13-foot master bedroom, bath, 9-by-13-foot bedroom and 10-by-10-foot bedroom.

The development is open noon to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Take Interstate 95 to Exit 77 (Route 24). Go six miles to U.S. 1 (bypass north). Make a right onto Conowingo Road, then a left onto Overlook Way. Follow the signs into the development.
