Student of the Week

April 07, 1999

To show students that doing well can bring them recognition, the Citizens Advisory Committee of Quarterfield Elementary School has asked The Sun to help publicize its Student of the Week. Winners of the honor must write about themselves.

Hi. My name is Tamara Bogdanowicz. I'm 10 years old, in 5th grade at Quarterfield Elementary. I have brown hair and eyes. In my family there is me, my two sisters and my mom and dad. I'm the Oldest out of my two sisters, Nicole and Hayley. I have a fat hampster named Zipper. I am really not into sports or playing outside. Some of my hobbies are collecting Ty Beanie Babies, going shopping and going swimming. My favorite food is steak. My favorite dessert is a big sundae from Friendly's. My future plan is to become a Vet and help sick animals get back to health. I was born in Virginia in Harbor Hospital on Sept. 5, 1988. My favorite subject is language arts. Maybe I will enjoy these things when I am an adult.
