fresh fruit, such as grapes, strawberries and cut-up bananas

Marshmallow Peeps

Top bamboo skewers filled with fresh fruit with a Peep.

Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Peeps

bittersweet chocolate

toothpicks

frozen Marshmallow Peeps

Melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler over hot, not simmering, water. Using a toothpick, dip a frozen Marshmallow Peeps chick in the chocolate, swirling until covered. Let excess drip off.

Place toothpick in plastic foam so the Marshmallow Peeps chick can dry.

Once dry, place Marshmallow Peeps on tray and put in the refrigerator to harden.

Hot Chocolate Marshmallow Peeps

whole milk

chocolate/cocoa

cinnamon

Marshmallow Peeps

Using piping hot whole milk, add chocolate/cocoa and stir. Sprinkle cinnamon, add a Marshmallow Peeps chick and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
