Sykesville: Firefighters transferred an engine at 5: 32 p.m. Monday to the Bethany station in Howard County. Units were out four hours.

Sykesville: Firefighters assisted Howard County at 5: 24 p.m. Monday, responding to a house fire in the 10000 block of Hoffman's Choice Lane. Units were out eight minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters from Sykesville and Winfield responded at 3: 35 p.m. Monday to a brush fire in the 7400 block of Old Washington Road. Units were out 26 minutes.

Gamber: Firefighters responded at 2: 13 p.m. Monday to telephone wires down on Nicodemus Road at Route 32. Units were out 19 minutes.
