Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Theft: Someone entered an unlocked jewelry concession at Patapsco Flea Market in the 1400 block of W. Patapsco Ave. about 4 p.m. Saturday and stole 120 gold bracelets valued at more than $2,000.

Theft from vehicle: An AM-FM compact disc player, sunglasses and several compact discs, all valued at $900, were stolen Saturday from a 1990 Chevrolet Cavalier parked in the 4300 block of W. Bay Ave.

Theft: A man was walking in the 1500 block of Light St. on Saturday when another man grabbed four $20 bills from his grasp and fled.

Theft: A woman was refueling her BMW at a service station in the 400 block of Russell St. about 11: 20 p.m. Friday when a man removed a purse containing cash and property, all valued at $20, from inside the car.

Southwestern District

Theft: A videocassette recorder and video games, all valued at more than $600, were stolen Saturday from the second-floor bedroom of a house in the 2000 block of Wilkens Ave.

Eastern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with tags 908815M and equipped with an anti-theft alarm was stolen Thursday from a parking lot in the 300 block of E. Madison St., across the street from the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Stolen car: A blue 1985 four-door Plymouth with tags FBM 459 was stolen in the 700 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. on Saturday night.

Robbery: The male landlord of a house in the 1600 block of Ashland Ave. was talking to a tenant Saturday night when the tenant hit him in the face and head and robbed him of $300. A warrant was pending for the arrest of the tenant.

Theft: A man visiting a female friend in the 800 block of N. Montford Ave. left Saturday with stereo equipment and a videocassette recorder, all valued at nearly $1,000.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Carjacking/arrest: One man was arrested and another was being sought in the theft of a woman's 1989 Mustang with unknown tags about 3 a.m. Saturday. After allowing one of the men to drive her home from a party, the men assaulted the woman when they stopped on Bengies Road near Earls Road. After the assault, the men forced the woman from the car and drove off. One man was arrested in Dundalk a short time later and the second man, the driver of the Mustang, and the car, were being sought.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the bookstore at Goucher College in the 1000 block of Dulaney Valley Road on Saturday. No property or money was stolen.

Burglary: Tools of unknown value were stolen from a construction site at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in the 6700 block of N. Charles St. during the weekend.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery try: Two men, one with a handgun, ordered a cashier at Cosmos beauty supply in the 7000 block of Liberty Road to give them money about 8 p.m. Saturday and left when the cashier twice refused their demands.

Robbery: A gunman robbed CVS pharmacy in the 7400 block of Liberty Road of more than $200 about 8 p.m. Saturday.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man of cigarettes, $10 and a can of beer at Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemore Road about 8 p.m. Saturday. The victim recognized the gunman and was advised to seek a warrant for his arrest.

Wilkens Precinct

Assault/arrests: Two men broke into a house in the 1000 block of Maiden Choice Lane about 9 p.m. Friday and assaulted a male occupant and tried to steal jewelry. A short time later, police arrested the men in a car as they were about to drive away.

Burglary: A television and a videocassette recorder were stolen from a house in the 300 block of Suter Road by someone who entered through a window Saturday.
