Interim Services hires Huff as consultant, recruiter

Interim Services Inc. hired Jenny R. Huff as a consultant and placement recruiter at the regional accounting, administrative and technical staffing and consulting firm in Baltimore. A Salisbury State University graduate, she is active with the Executive Women's Network and previously was a loan officer with First Fidelity Mortgage.

Flite 3 Recordings appoints Davidson as art director

Flite 3 Recordings Ltd. appointed Mimi Davidson as art director for the Northeast Baltimore film and video production facility. She will be in the firm's new media unit, which includes interactive, CD-ROM, graphics and animation. A graduate of James Madison University, she formerly was a Web/multimedia designer with Annapolis-based e.Spire Communications Inc.

Gage hires Belanger as personnel director

Gage Menswear has retained Darlene A. Belanger as director of personnel for the Baltimore-based clothier. Most recently a district manager for St. Louis-based J. Riggings, she will further establish the company's commitment to its "employee for life" personnel hiring policy.

Banking and finance

Carroll Bank & Trust names Leister senior vice president

Carroll County Bank & Trust Co. has named Edward D. Leister senior vice president and business development officer. He will be assigned to the retail lending division. Formerly with Taneytown Bank & Trust Co., he will have responsibility for growth in small business, consumer and residential loans and increasing the institution's deposit base and noninterest income. Leister is chairman of the Taneytown Economic Development Commission.

Peremel appoints Adleberg as vice president

Peremel & Co. has named Neil Adleberg as a vice president for the Pikesville-based discount brokerage house. A registered investment adviser, the Reisterstown resident will be responsible for the daily operation of the firm's headquarters and the management of client portfolios.

Gannett Fleming names Keeler regional manager

Gannett Fleming, Camp Hill, Pa.-based international engineering consultants, appointed R. Wayne Keeler to the post of vice president and regional manager of its Baltimore office in Roland Park. Formerly deputy director for the Harford County Department of Public Works, the University of Maryland graduate is a professional engineer and an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Public Works Association and the American Water Works Association.
