Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northeastern District

Arrests: Police arrested 11 men Wednesday evening and charged them with soliciting sex for money from an undercover female officer in the 6400 block of Pulaski Highway. Police also seized 10 vehicles from the men. Sgt. Brian Matulonis said those arrested ranged in age from 23 to 50. He said some were construction workers, one a U.S. Postal Service employee, another a worker in the Maryland Vehicle Emission Inspection Program, and a musician, whose seized car contained $13,000 worth of musical instruments. Matulonis said two of the men were from the city and the remainder from Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties. Each was processed at the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Southern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder, circular saw, electric hedge trimmer and an electric drill, all valued at more than $600, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 3600 block of Second St.

Central District

Theft: An employee's purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $400, was stolen Wednesday from Hair Saloon in the 300 block of N. Charles St.

Theft: While a woman's attention was diverted by another woman in the 100 block of N. Charles St. about 3 p.m. Wednesday, a male accomplice removed $100 from the victim's coat pocket.

Theft: A woman was eating lunch Wednesday in the food court at the Light Street pavilion at Harborplace in the 300 block of Light St. when someone stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $200.

Burglary: A laptop computer and a videocassette recorder, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1200 block of Bolton St.

Theft from vehicle: A purse containing airline tickets, cash and other property, all valued at more than $2,000, was stolen Wednesday from a car parked in the 500 block of St. Paul St.

Eastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed a woman, 39, of her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $300, in the 300 block of E. Lanvale St. about 10: 15 a.m. Wednesday.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Robbery: A woman, 42, was standing at a bus stop at Avondale and Carver roads in Turners Station about 9: 15 p.m. Wednesday when a man asked her for a match. When the woman withdrew the matches along with $22 from her pocket, the man grabbed the money and fled.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary/arrest: A man, 35, was arrested Wednesday shortly after he entered an apartment in the 100 block of Windy Falls Way. No property was reported missing.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A man was standing at a bus stop in the 1700 block of Reisterstown Road about 7: 30 p.m. Wednesday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his black leather coat.

Burglary: A dirt bike of unknown value was stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 3700 block of Trent Road.

Stolen car: A black four-door 1995 Lexus with tags FXD 670 was stolen Wednesday in the 7400 block of Western Winds Circle.

Stolen car: Police were seeking a white four-door 1989 Toyota Camry with tags RVG 805 that was stolen Wednesday in the 6600 block of Dalton Drive.
