Man sought in store robbery

State police are looking for a man who robbed a Westminster convenience store Monday after threatening a clerk with a glass bottle. He fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Witnesses told police the man appeared drunk when he entered a High's Store in the 400 block of E. Main St. about 6 p.m. He demanded money while brandishing the bottle.

The robber was described as about 30, white, stocky, unshaven and 6 feet tall. He had shoulder-length black hair, a mustache and wore a tan jacket, red shirt and baseball-style cap bearing Washington Redskins logos.
