Police arrest six after drug raid near Manchester

Six people, including a juvenile, were arrested on drug charges Saturday after state troopers raided a home in the 3200 block of Lineboro Road near Manchester, authorities said.

All were released on unsecured bonds or personal recognizance after being charged, except Joelle C. Keene, 38, an occupant of the home. She was held in lieu of $7,500 bail after being arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.

Also arrested were Timothy J. Smith, 18, of the 3300 block of Augusta Road in Manchester; Scott E. Zimmerman, 41, of the 4800 block of Carmelle Drive in Baltimore; Jeffrey P. Keene, 38, of the Lineboro Road address; and Stephanie L. Mettille, 19, of the 200 block of Houck Road, police said.

Smith and Mettille are accused of possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and psilocybin, an hallucinogenic mushroom.

Zimmerman and Jeffrey Keene are accused of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

The sixth person, who was not identified, was turned over to juvenile authorities, police said.

Troopers reported seizing 4 ounces of marijuana, 7 grams of cocaine, 3 grams of psilocybin and pipes and scales during the morning raid.
