Shorewomen top Ursinus in OT

Washington College mounted a 14-8 scoring run to edge host Ursinus, 66-60, in overtime last night in Centennial Conference action.

Kristen Robbins' 16 points paced the Shorewomen (10-6, 4-4). Kelly McCarthy had 14 for the Bears (5-10, 3-5).

Bowie State 80, Elizabeth City State 47: Rashida Brooks scored 23 points as Bowie State (16-3) breezed over visiting Elizabeth City State (10-7).

Franklin & Marshall 83, College of Notre Dame 53: Katherine Dempsey scored a career-high 14 points as the Diplomats (9-8) topped the Gators (4-8) in Lancaster, Pa., despite 22 points from Shannon Skopp.

York 85, Goucher 46: Amy Anderson and Veronica Byrne each scored 16 to power the visiting Spartans (10-7, 4-3) past the Gophers (3-13, 1-6) in Capital Athletic Conference action.

Men

Elizabeth City State 79, Bowie State 75: Down by 10 at the half, the Vikings (14-3) rallied past the host Bulldogs (2-17) and James Rice, who had a game-high 27 points.
