Sykesville: Firefighters from Sykesville, Gamber and West Friendship (Howard County) responded at 7: 26 p.m. Sunday to a stove fire in the 7400 block of Second Ave. Units were out 20 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 5: 07 p.m. Saturday to a fire alarm in the 7500 block of Main St. Units were out 16 minutes.

Gamber: Firefighters from Gamber and Sykesville responded at 12: 53 p.m. Saturday to a hazardous materials call in the 4800 block of Cherry Tree Lane. Units were out 19 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 10: 22 p.m. Friday to a carbon monoxide detector sounding in the 1000 block of Johnsville Road. Units were out 34 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 6: 19 p.m. Friday to an auto fire on Route 32 at College Drive. Units were out 20 minutes.
