Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Burglary: A combination television/videocassette recorder valued at $500 was stolen Saturday from a house in the 1400 block of Race St.

Carjacking: A gunman demanded money from the male driver of a red, four-door 1997 Pontiac Grand Am then forced him from the vehicle about 8: 30 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Williams St. The gunman drove off without getting any money. The car's license plates were unknown.

Theft: A cellular phone valued at $100 was removed from a 1997 Eagle Talon parked Saturday in the 500 block of Light St.

Robbery: Two men robbed a man of videos valued at more than $100 in the 200 block of S. Arlington Ave. about 8 p.m. Friday.

Robbery: Four men assaulted a man, 28, in the 100 block of S. Payson St. about 10 p.m. Friday and robbed him of a backpack containing tools valued at more than $300.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man, 44, was in the 5500 block of Reisterstown Road about 11: 20 p.m. Saturday when another man knocked him to the pavement and robbed him of $34.

Burglary: A 24-inch television valued at more than $300 was stolen from a house in the 5400 block of Park Heights Ave. Saturday. The thief entered through a window.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 4300 block of Kathland Ave. through a door Saturday and stole a television valued at $400.

Robbery: A man, 46, was in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Saturday when four men robbed him of two teddy bears valued at $50.

Eastern District

Stabbing: Police were seeking a woman known as "Poochie" who allegedly stabbed another woman twice in the stomach during an argument in the 900 block of N. Wolfe St. about 2 a.m. Saturday. The victim, 38, was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northern District

Stolen car: A four-door silver-colored 1989 Buick with tags 322 AWD was stolen Saturday in the 3400 block of N. Charles St.

Burglary: Two mountain bikes, three 35 mm cameras, two videocassette recorders, several pieces of jewelry and food were stolen Saturday from a house in the 4500 block of Finney Ave. The thief entered through a rear door.

Theft: A cellular phone and four compact discs, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Saturday from a 1996 Infiniti parked in the 2200 block of St. Paul St.

Theft from vehicle: A leather jacket valued at more than $100 was stolen early yesterday from a 1995 Infiniti parked in the 3100 block of Old York Road.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Vandalism: Racial slurs were spray-painted on at least three exterior walls at Seven Oaks Elementary School in the 9200 block of Seven Courts Drive between Friday night and Saturday morning.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered the bedroom of an apartment in the first block of Leatherwood Place Friday and stole nearly $1,000.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: A 9 mm semiautomatic handgun and two empty ammunition magazines were stolen Saturday from a house in the 1100 block of Tace Drive.

Burglary: More than $100 in dimes kept in two cigar boxes were stolen from a house in the first block of Cypress Lane over the weekend.

Assault: Police continue to seek a man who attacked another man, 21, outside a bar in the 100 block of Benson Road on Friday night. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for injuries to his mouth and head.

Robbery: A man, 31, who accepted a ride with two men and a woman, was shoved out of the car on Schaffers Road about 1 a.m. Saturday. The victim also was robbed of his wallet and $300.

North Point Precinct

Theft: Sets of tire chains, metal straps and a tarpaulin, all valued at $700, were stolen from a truck parked Saturday in the 8200 block of Fisher Road.

Burglary: A 9 mm Smith & Wesson handgun with serial number VDA2315, valued at more than $600, was stolen Saturday from a house in the 7700 block of Fairgreen Road.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery/arrests: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed Village Services in the 8100 block of Liberty Road of more than $500 about 7: 30 p.m. Friday. The cash was taken from a cash register and a coin-operated poker machine. A short time later, two suspects were arrested by Officers Brian Wilder and Thomas Insley. Louis Dukes, 36, of the 500 block of W. Preston St., and Bruce Roundtree, 36, of the 1700 block of Druid Hill Ave., both in Baltimore, were each charged with armed robbery and grand theft. They were being held at the precinct in lieu of $75,000 each, pending a bail review hearing today.

Burglary: A fireplace mantel and a fireplace screen were stolen from a house in the 200 block of Delight Meadows Road between Dec. 27 and Saturday. The thief took a riding lawn mower from a shed. Total value of the property was more than $3,500.

Robbery: A male, 16, was in the 3600 block of Valley Terrace near Rolling Road about 4 p.m. Saturday when a man robbed him of a gold necklace. A short time later, police arrested a suspect, who was held at the precinct in lieu of $35,000 bond, pending a bail review hearing today.

Burglary: Desks and other property, all of unknown value, were stolen overnight Friday from Herbert Davis Associates in the 2200 block of Old Court Road. The thief entered through a ground-level window.
