Gilligan Homes has opened its Hunt Cup model in Greenspring Overlook at McDonogh Township, a townhouse community in Owings Mills.

Public water and sewer and gas heat, cooking and hot water are standard features in the Baltimore County development

The Hunt Cup starts at $108,490 for 1,920 square feet of finished space.

A sunken foyer, powder room, 18-by-10-foot great room, 13-by-9-foot dining room and a 11-by-9-foot kitchen are housed on the first floor.

The second-floor bedroom is 14 feet by 13 feet with two walk-in closets and an option for a garden bath or sun room. Another bath and either two bedrooms or a bedroom and a loft complete the second floor.

Another model, the Preakness, starts at $121,490 for 2,300 square feet of finished space.

The Derby, a model still under construction, has a beginning price of $99,990 and will have a basement with a 19-by-12-foot optional family room.

The second-floor master suite has a 16-by-11-foot bedroom. Options include one more bedroom and one bath up to two more bedrooms and two baths.

The development is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Take Interstate 795 north to Owings Mills (Exit 4). Go east on Owings Mills Boulevard to south on Reisterstown Road. Turn right on Greenspring Valley Road. Turn right on Township Drive to model on left.
