Brendan M. Keegan, vice president, disposed of, by gift, 1,400 shares of Class A common at an unreported price Nov. 17. Keegan indirectly acquired, by gift, 1,400 shares of Class A common at an unreported price that same day and now directly and indirectly holds 87,361 Class A common.

J. Willard Marriott, chairman, indirectly sold 13,000 shares of Class A common at $28.06 each Nov. 5 and now directly and indirectly holds 20,546,339 Class A common.

McCormick & Co.

Robert W. Schroeder, divisional officer, exercised an option for 1,200 shares of Class NV common at $23 each Nov. 16 and now directly holds 4,318 voting common and 5,666 COMNV.

Medimmune Inc.

James H. Cavanaugh, director, sold 14,000 shares of common at $73.25 each Nov. 9. Cavanaugh indirectly sold 10,000 shares of common at $74.25 each from Nov. 9 to Nov. 23 and now directly and indirectly holds 32,738 common.

Wayne T. Hockmeyer, chairman, exercised an option for 95,000 shares of common between $7 and $12.50 each on Nov. 2 and sold them between $67.55 and $68.06 each on Nov. 2. He no longer holds shares in the company.

David M. Mott,director, exercised an option for 112,928 shares of common at $11.75 to $12.13 each from Nov. 2 to Nov. 4 and sold them between $67.95 and $68.43 each from Nov. 2 to Nov. 4. He no longer holds shares in the company.

John G. Puente, director, purchased 4,000 shares of common at $22.63 each Nov. 3, indirectly purchased 1,000 shares of common at $22.88 each that same day and now directly and indirectly holds 15,000 common.

John E. Pepper, chairman, disposed of, by gift, 2,215 shares of common at an unreported price from Nov. 3 to Nov. 20, and sold 10,748 shares at $89 each from Nov. 3 to Nov. 20. He now directly and indirectly holds 843,581 common.

Robert T. Blanchard, vice president, exercised an option for 26,400 shares of common at $11.20 each from Nov. 4 to Nov. 10. To cover expenses of the transaction, Blanchard turned in 10,938 of them for $88.50 each from Nov. 4 to Nov. 10 and sold 4,550 shares in the open market at $89.88 each from Nov. 4 to Nov. 10. He now directly and indirectly holds 129,009 common.
