Bruno Monguzzi, a famous Swiss graphic designer and professor at the Lugano school of Design, has been a guest lecturer at a number of American universities. But there has never been an exhibit of his work until noow.

"Bruno Monguzzi: A Designer's Perspective" at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County traces 35 years of his career and highlights his influence on modern graphic design. Among his clients has been the art museum of Lugano, for which he created this and many other imaginative and beautiful designs.

The show is at the Fine Arts Gallery of University of Maryland, Baltimore County, 1000 Hilltop Circle, through Jan. 16, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. For information, call 410-455-3188.
