Two teen-age brothers from Philadelphia were killed and two others suffered severe injuries when they were thrown from their car yesterday in Anne Arundel County.

Clement Howell, 16, of Elkridge was driving north on Ridge Road near Green Valley Circle in Hanover about 4: 45 p.m. when he apparently lost control and crossed the center line into the path of a pickup truck, police said.

Howell's car hit the truck and spun out of control, ejecting the car's passengers -- Frederick Rash, 15, of Jessup, Nicole Snyder, 15, of Jessup, Brian Parker, 16, of Philadelphia, and Darnell Parker, 14, of Philadelphia, Kelly said.

Brian Parker was taken to St. Agnes HealthCare, where he died. Darnell Parker was taken to North Arundel Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Rash and Snyder were listed in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center last night.
