December 25, 1998|BY A SUN STAFF WRITER

Baltimore County police said yesterday they are seeking a small black dog that bit a 13-year-old boy as he was walking to Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts in the 8100 block of Wise Ave. this week.

Police said the boy's mother told them that they were at North Boundary and Stokesley roads in the North Point area about 7: 20 a.m. Wednesday when the boy was bitten on both hands by the dog, which was wearing a red leash.

The boy's skin was punctured. The owner then called the dog and the man and his pet ran down an alley.

If the dog cannot be found, the boy will undergo painful rabies shots, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call North Point Precinct at 410-887-7320.
