Running backs

Roosevelt Potts had very little impact because the Ravens had to abandon the running game early. Priest Holmes ran hard in the second half, but he needs to be more aggressive at times. -- C

Quarterback

It's hard to analyze Jim Harbaugh because he didn't get much pass protection. Harbaugh rallied the team in the second half, but seemed a little too anxious to try to throw the long ball. -- C+

Receivers

It's a shame the Ravens wasted most of the season getting Floyd Turner (two touchdown catches) into the lineup. The Ravens didn't get much from James Roe. Tight end Eric Green had four catches, but he was a marked man with Jermaine Lewis and Michael Jackson out with injuries. -- B-

Offensive linemen

The Ravens played hurt, but most of the injuries didn't occur until the second half. In the first half, the group couldn't handle the Oilers' blitzes and Harbaugh had no time to throw. Right tackle Orlando Brown gave up two of the Ravens' six sacks. -- C-

Defensive linemen

This was not one of tackle Tony Siragusa's best games and James Jones missed several tackles in the first half. Ends Rob Burnett and Michael McCrary were like the rest of the defense. They started showing up in the second half, but this was not one of the group's usual stellar efforts. -- C-

Linebackers

Ray Lewis had 11 tackles, but he has played poorly in the first half of the last two games. Peter Boulware turned in a steady effort, but it was Jamie Sharper who made several big plays early in the game. -- B

Defensive backs

The secondary didn't give up a big play, but rookie Duane Starks disappeared in the second half. Fellow cornerback Rod Woodson finished with seven tackles, tied for third-best on the team. -- B

Special teams

Roe had two decent punt returns and the Ravens held Tennessee to 30 yards on six punt returns. But punter Kyle Richardson had a bad day, especially in the first half when the Ravens needed to gain some field position. -- C+
