Altieri Homes has begun pre-construction sales at Seven Oaks in Odenton where the firm is building 46 three-level townhouses with Colonial, traditional or transitional exterior designs.

Gas cooking, heat and hot water, six-panel interior doors, pre-wiring for telephones and cable television and tilt-in vinyl windows are standard features at Seven Oaks, the first Anne Arundel County development for Altieri, which builds mainly in Howard County.

The Christopher George starts at $119,990 for 1,400 square feet on two finished levels and an unfinished basement with a laundry area.

An entry foyer with guest closet, powder room, 16-by-15-foot living room, 16-by-12-foot dining/family room and 16-by-10-foot kitchen with pantry are on the first floor.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 13-by-13-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and full shower bath. Two other bedrooms, a linen closet and full hall bath complete this level.

The Faith Victoria is also a 1,400-square-foot townhouse with a base price of $119,990. The entry level has a foyer, guest closet, 10-by-16-foot living room, powder room, U-shaped kitchen, 11-by-15-foot family room and dining room.

On the top level, buyers can elect to have two master suites with a walk-in closet and full shower bath in both. One bedroom

measures 13 by 13 feet, the other is 19 by 10 feet.

The sales office is open from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, and by VTC appointment on Thursday and Friday. Take Interstate 695 to the Baltimore Washington Expressway south to Route 175 east, to a left on Bluewater Boulevard to sales trailer on the left.
