Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A man, 44, was in the 1300 block of Anglesea St. about 2 a.m. Sunday when he was robbed of more than $500 by a man who struck him in the face with a stick.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway of an undisclosed sum of money about 4 a.m. Sunday.

Eastern District

Shooting: A man armed with a shotgun and seeking another man forced his way into a home in the 1700 block of Aisquith St. about 8 p.m. Sunday. He shot a female resident in the chest, shoulder, neck and left hand. The woman, 23, was in serious condition last night at Union Memorial Hospital. The gunman escaped. The man being sought was not in the house.

Central District

Theft/arrest: A man, 29, attempted to leave A-1 Deli & Grocery in the 600 block of N. Eutaw St. on Sunday without paying for a case of beer valued at $19. He was arrested.

Theft from vehicle: A cordless drill, screw gun, nail gun and a grinder, all valued at nearly $900, were stolen Sunday from a 1995 Ford pickup truck parked in the 500 block of Park Ave.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1700 block of Linden Ave. through a door Sunday and stole a videocassette recorder, camcorder and electronic games, all valued at nearly $1,200.

Robbery: Two men were in the 100 block of Hopkins Place about 10 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed them of $70.

Southern District

Theft: Sixty compact discs and 40 videotapes, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Sunday from a 1987 Honda Accord parked in the 200 block of S. Greene St.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 47, was in the 200 block of S. Augusta Ave. about 7: 20 p.m. Sunday after using a nearby automated teller machine when two men, one with a large-caliber handgun, robbed her of her purse containing personal items and $50.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man, 35, of $260 and jewelry valued at more than $200 about 4: 30 p.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Ellicott Drive.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 23, was in the 5700 block of Narcissus Ave. about 6: 30 p.m. Sunday when a gunman robbed her of her purse and $50.

Stolen car: Someone stole a white 1988 Ford station wagon with tags EHD 369 on Sunday after the owner left the vehicle unattended with the keys in the ignition while washing it in the 5400 block of Nelson Ave. Later, the station wagon was involved in a hit-and-run accident in which property was damaged at Pinkney Road and Gist Avenue.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 4100 block of Penhurst Ave. through a basement window Sunday and stole a videocassette recorder and a stereo compact disc player, all valued at more than $200.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: After placing a pair of boots, sunglasses and a sweat suit on the counter Sunday at the Fila store in Hunt Valley Mall, a man used one of the firm's business cards to write a holdup note implying he was armed and gave it to the clerk. The man escaped with the items and cash, all valued at nearly $400.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A television, electronic games and computer equipment were stolen during the weekend from an apartment in the first block of Lincoln Woods Way. The thief entered through a bedroom window.
