New position

College names Stine area general manager

Baltimore International College has chosen Allison Stine as area general manager for its Mount Vernon Hotel & Washington Cafe and the Hopkins Inn. Formerly director of marketing at Hunt Valley Inn, she attended the University of Delaware and lectured on customer service to industry organizations.

Hager, Perdue, Jones named VPs at Regina

Regina USA, the Cambridge-based transmission power chain manufacturer, announced the appointments to vice president of: Michael L. Hager, sales & marketing; Thomas O. Perdue, engineering & manufacturing; and Julie C. Jones, finance.

Hager, a Mardela Springs resident and University of Maryland graduate, will direct sales and marketing efforts in the United States and Mexico. Perdue will be responsible for product design. He is an engineering graduate of the University of Maryland and resides in Salisbury. Jones, a Salisbury State University graduate, will manage accounting functions.

Weber's on Boston selects Hooks as executive chef

Weber's on Boston selected Tom Hooks as executive chef for the Canton restaurant. The 20-year veteran was formerly executive chef at The Altland House in Abottstown, Pa. A graduate of the Culinary Institute, Hyde Park N.Y., the Hampstead resident specializes in continental cuisine.

Pinnacle hires Wagner as agency art director

Pinnacle Communications hired Tracy Wagner as art director of the North Baltimore agency. She will be responsible for the art direction of agency clients. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, she was a senior graphic designer at Annapolis-based Tullier Marketing.

Bednarik is art director at Rosse & Associates

Rosse & Associates tapped Phill Bednarik as its art director. He will be responsible for creative design, layout and final ad execution. Before joining the Sparks-based ad agency, he was senior marketing art director for Black & Decker's North American Power Tools. The Parkton resident is a graduate of Towson University.

Eisner, Petrou appoints Lisowski account executive

Eisner, Petrou & Associates appointed Ann Marie Lisowski as an assistant account executive. The Loyola College graduate interned at the Reeves Agency and Robert Michael Communications before joining the Baltimore-based regional advertising agency.

1st Mariner Bank names Breen network engineer

1st Mariner Bank named James Breen network engineer. He will be responsible for the computer networking among the bank's headquarters, regional offices and retail branches. The Jarrettsville resident attended Anne Arundel Community College and was on the staff of Connect Technologies.

Rowles & Co. selects Halpern as a principal

Rowles & Co. selected Steven Halpern as a principal of the Towson-headquartered regional accounting firm. A certified public accountant, he will provide management advisory services and manage client audits and retirement plans. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he is a board member of the Glenwood Life Counseling Center.
