2 arrested in fatal shooting of 17-year-old in Dundalk 7 in house were robbed

Two men were arrested and charged yesterday in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old at his Dundalk home, and a third man is being sought, police said.

Shawn Lee Elkins, who shared a home in the 2000 block of Armco Way with his brother, died at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Tuesday after two masked gunmen forced their way into the home, robbed the seven people in the house and fired one shot.

Charged in the shooting are Marvin J. Hood, 19, of the first block of Seversky Court and Donald Llewlyn Hill Jr., 29, of the first block of Sharondale Way. Hood is charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery. Hill is charged with first-degree murder and a handgun violation.

Police are searching for Ronald L. Campbell, 23, whose address is unknown. He is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with blond hair, hazel eyes and tattoos on his chest and arms. He has been charged with first-degree murder, handgun violation and armed robbery.
