Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A woman, 28, was in the 3900 block of Gelston Drive about 7 p.m. Tuesday when a man robbed her of her backpack and $20.

Southern District

Burglary/arrests: Two teen-age boys were arrested Tuesday evening and charged with breaking into a house in the 600 block of Dover St. a few hours earlier. No property was reported missing.

Theft/arrest: An AM-FM car stereo valued at $400 was stolen Tuesday from a 1996 Hondaparked in the 900 block of W. Pratt St. A man, 31, was arrested and charged with theft.

Central District

Robbery: A woman, 38, was in the 200 block of Guilford Ave. about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a man stole her purse containing cash and a pager, all valued at $50.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the attendant of Alright parking in the 1100 block of N. Eutaw St. of more than $100 about 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Arrest: A man, 49, was arrested Tuesday when he tried to leave Rite Aid Pharmacy in the 200 block of W. Chase St. without paying for four bottles of skin cream valued at $40.

Robbery: A man, 43, was in the first block of Market Place about 9: 30 p.m. Tuesday when two teen-age males, one with a knife, robbed him of $20.

Eastern District

Burglary: Antique clocks and chairs and an electronic game were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2000 block of E. Lafayette Ave.

Stolen truck: A brown 1953 Chevrolet pickup truck with tags 179 06L was stolen Tuesday in the 800 block of N. Chester St.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A suede jacket, electronic games and several baseball caps, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 3800 block of W. Rogers Ave.

Theft: Jewelry and a compact disc player, all valued at more than $1,200, were stolen Tuesday from the bedroom of a house in the 5300 block of Fernpark Ave.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: A man, 35, was at a bus stop in the 1800 block of York Road about 10 p.m. Tuesday when the driver of a car that stopped nearby got out of the vehicle, pulled a gun and robbed him of $7.

Burglary: Tools valued at $1,000 were stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 1200 block of Meadowlark Road.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun and both wearing skull Halloween masks, robbed Valley Exxon in the 2300 block of W. Joppa Road of more than $200 about 2: 40 a.m. Tuesday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Sunglasses, compact discs, electronic games, a watch, camcorder charger and other items were stolen overnight Friday from an apartment in the 1000 block of Donnington Circle. The burglary was reported Tuesday.
