Running backs

Errict Rhett didn't play and Jay Graham had little room to run. Graham's pass-catching needs work. Roosevelt Potts was billed an excellent running fullback, but he hasn't shown that yet.

C-

Quarterbacks

It's hard to grade Jim Harbaugh because coach Ted Marchibroda never gave him much of a chance to get the ball downfield. Backup Eric Zeier seemed confused and lost some poise in the third quarter once the Ravens fell behind.

C-

Receivers

The Ravens are wasting the talents of these guys. Push the ball downfield and allow Michael Jackson, Jermaine Lewis and tight end Eric Green to make plays. Floyd Turner dropping that touchdown pass late in the game was inexcusable.

Offensive linemen

This group still hasn't proved to be a good run-blocking unit after three games. The tackle play was OK, but the Ravens need to get stronger in the middle.

C

Defensive linemen

Tackles Tony Siragusa and James Jones started off strong, but had little penetration in the second half. The Ravens got little pressure up the middle. Ends Rob Burnett and Michael McCrary forced plays inside, but got little support.

C

Linebackers

Tyrus McCloud had a tough time getting off blocks on running plays, and Jamie Sharper missed a few tackles and blew a couple of pass coverages. Peter Boulware was the only

linebacker to step up once Ray Lewis got hurt.

D

Defensive backs

DeRon Jenkins and Duane Starks were no match for Keenan McCardell and Jimmy Smith, who repeatedly beat them on 15- to 20-yard curl patterns. Stevon Moore has little mobility left, and Corey Harris was a step slow.

D

Special teams

Big plays were negated by penalties, one of which led to a field goal late in the first half. Kyle Richardson started strong, but his poor third-quarter punts aided a Jacksonville touchdown.
