Hot corner

Quote: "It seems like every game here is weird; just weird. It just feels weird watching a game here. A lot of things happen; a lot of weird things." -- Twins starter Brad Radke, who allowed six runs on nine hits in 5 2/3 innings at Tiger Stadium and had a 7.43 lifetime ERA there before this season.

It's a fact: The Twins' Rick Aguilera had converted all of his 13 previous career save opportunities in Tiger Stadium before his two failures this weekend.

Who's hot: The Indians' Manny Ramirez has 10 hits in his past 43 at bats -- nine of them homers. He has 16 homers in his past 26 games and 35 homers and 102 RBIs in his past 87 games.

Who's not: Jose Canseco struck out three times, moving past Fred McGriff for most strikeouts in a season by a Blue Jay with 150. Canseco's total leads the AL.

On deck: Devil Rays left-hander Terrell Wade has been named the second-game starter in tomorrow's doubleheader at Boston, which will be his first major-league appearance since injuring his elbow and shoulder on June 6, 1997.
