Braves: Andruw Jones needs four stolen bases for a 30-30 season (steals and homers). Manager Bobby Cox has 1,410 victories, tying him for 19th on the career list with Hall of Famer Al Lopez.

Diamondbacks: Gregg Olson got his 500th career strikeout on Tuesday by fanning the Giants' Barry Bonds.

Dodgers: Second baseman Eric Young will miss the rest of the season because of two broken bones in his right foot. Young was injured while trying to steal second in the first inning of Monday night's game.

Expos: Vladimir Guerrero's double Tuesday was his 80th extra-base hit, breaking the team record of 79 shared by Andres Galarraga (1988) and Henry Rodriguez (1996). Catcher Chris Widger had his injured left thumb examined Tuesday and learned that his season is finished because of a sprained ligament.

Phillies: Rico Brogna was hitting .500 in his career against Braves starter John Smoltz (7-for-14), but he went 0-for-3 and hit into a double play yesterday.
