Jeff Farley ascends to helm of Drydene Oil
Jeff Farley, general manager of Drydene Oil Co., has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the marketer of heavy-duty lubricants. He will oversee daily management and commercial business development for the Baltimore-based company owned by Burmah Castrol. A Monmouth College MBA graduate, Farley had been Drydene Oil's general manager since 1996. Harbor Court Hotel named J. Michael Nasuti sales and marketing director for the Inner Harbor hotel. He will direct the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing department. Formerly a sales manager for Days Inn, he serves as president of the local Hotel Sales & Marketing Association chapter and is active in the Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Association and the American Bus Association. Villa Julie College appointed Orsia F. Young vice president for institutional advancement. A graduate of Villa Julie and the University of Baltimore law school, she joined the Stevenson liberal arts/career college in 1988 as associate director of admissions. Before that, she was a practicing attorney and taught in the VJC evening paralegal course.
Frank appointed controller of Swingin' Door Inc.
Swingin' Door Inc. hired Michael E. Frank as controller. He will evaluate financial and management information systems for the Gaithersburg-based door, frame and hardware distributor. A certified public accountant, the Air Force veteran is an MBA graduate of Columbia Pacific University. The Davidsonville resident formerly was controller and chief financial officer for Pursuit Transport Inc.

Gordon, Feinblatt adds 3 new members
Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander added Frances O'Connell Taylor, Seth M. Rotenberg and Charles R. Bacharach as members of the Baltimore legal firm.
Taylor, assigned to the firm's employment law group, holds a master of laws from the London School of Economics. Rotenberg is in the real estate practice group and is a University of Maryland law graduate. Bacharach, a law school graduate of George Washington University, is assigned to the firm's litigation group.
Wright Constable & Skeen names Arthur as associate
Wright Constable & Skeen appointed Ellen H. Arthur as an associate of the Baltimore law firm in the estate and trust department. A graduate of the University of Baltimore law school, the Lutherville resident has been a practicing attorney since 1990.
Gary Johnson joins Ellin & Tucker
Ellin & Tucker announced that Gary S. Johnson joined the Baltimore/Washington accounting and business consulting firm as a staff accountant. He will be assigned to the accounting, auditing and consulting department. A graduate of Towson University, the former Army airborne combat engineer resides in Overlea.

Morgan to specialize in leasing for KLNB
KLNB Inc., the commercial real estate services firm with headquarters in Towson, named Michael P. Morgan as a leasing associate in its Columbia office. He will deal primarily with industrial property in Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties. The Annapolis resident is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Nottingham names Credit executive vice president
Nottingham Properties Inc. announced that J. Joseph Credit has been named executive vice president for it and Nottingham Village Inc. He will direct the firm's commercial projects and acquisitions. A 12-year employee, Credit is an MBA graduate of the University of Virginia and resides in Hunt Valley.
