New positions

Macomber, DiCarlo, Showers appointed at Ajilon Services

Ajilon Services announced the appointments of Patricia Macomber as director of training and employee development and John DiCarlo and Dan Showers as senior account managers for the Towson-based international information technology staffing and consulting firm.

Macomber will help develop long-term business strategy and formalize training and development. Formerly a trainer/coordinator for TESSCO Technologies nc., she holds a graduate education degree from George Mason University.

DiCarlo, assigned to the Baltimore office, was a sales consultant for APACHE Medical Systems. Showers, a former account executive with Halifax Technology Services/CMS Automation, is assigned to the firm's Richmond office.

Both will develop client relationships and market new business opportunities in their respective locales.

McCormick & Co. named Charles T. Langmead vice president and deputy general manager for its food service group.

The Ellicott City resident joined the Sparks-based spice company in 1976 and was most recently vice president for sales in the food service group.

He is a member of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and serves on the board of the Restaurant Association of Maryland.


Wilmeth and Katz join Callahan & Co.

Callahan & Co., a Baltimore-based marketing firm, named Mike Wilmeth as corporate financial manager and Sherri Katz as a production manager.

Wilmeth, an MBA graduate of Loyola College, was formerly an advertising coordinator with Woodward & Lothrop.

Katz, formerly a print production supervisor with Gray Kirk, VanSant, is a graduate of Villa Julie College.

Crosby hires DeWolfe as account executive

Crosby Marketing Communications hired Michelle DeWolfe as account executive at the Annapolis agency.

The Laurel resident is a graduate of Towson State University and was formerly with the Deborah Howard Agency Ltd.
