Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A 24-year-old Hampstead man was seated in his parked car in the 5200 block of Wilton Heights Ave. about 10: 20 p.m. Tuesday when several males pulled him from the vehicle, stole his cellular phone and stabbed him in the back with a knife. He was in stable condition at Sinai Hospital yesterday.

Robbery: A man, 18, was in the 2400 block of Liberty Heights Ave. about 9: 40 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of three pieces of jewelry valued at nearly $400.

Southern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed the McDonald's restaurant in the 700 block of Washington Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money abut 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Robbery: Two men, one with a sawed-off shotgun, robbed a man, 30, of $160 in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Ave. about 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Robbery: A 16-year-old male was in the 400 block of E. Cross St. about 11 a.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a .38 caliber revolver, robbed him of nearly $200.

Burglary: More than $6,000 worth of power tools were stolen Monday from Chesapeake Fleet Maintenance Co. in the 900 block of W. Patapsco Ave.

Southwestern District

Burglary: More than $1,000 in cash and coins were stolen from a house in the 4000 block of Massachusetts Ave. Tuesday.

Theft: A compact disc player valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a house in the 1900 block of N. Longwood St. overnight Aug. 8. The theft was reported Tuesday.

Eastern District

Carjacking: A 79-year-old motorist was stopped in the 1700 block of Normal Ave. about 11 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, forced him from his blue 1993 Cadillac DeVille with tags DCR 225 and drove away.

Assault: A man, 19, was in the 700 block of N. Rose St. Tuesday when another man struck him in the head with an unknown metal object. The victim was in fair condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday.

Assault: Two men attacked another man, 44, in the 1800 block of N. Caroline St. Tuesday night and struck him several times with a baseball bat. The victim was in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday.

North Point Precinct

Armed robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 7200 block of E. Baltimore St. of more than $100 about 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a trailer owned by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources while it was parked at Towson Marketplace in the 1200 block of Putty Hill Ave. overnight Monday and stole an undisclosed sum of cash. Police said there were no signs of forced entry.
