Joyce Brooks promoted at McCormick & Co.

McCormick & Co. appointed Joyce L. Brooks assistant treasurer for financial services. She will be responsible for invester relations, shareholder services and benefit funds management. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, she joined the Sparks-based spice and flavorings maker in 1989.

Rubino joins Goucher as public relations head

Goucher College named Debra Rubino executive director of communications. She will oversee the Towson institution's public relations and media relations as well as the design and production of its publications. She had been the associate vice president for communications at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she won numerous awards.


Roseann F. Glick goes to Imre agency

Imre & Associates hired Roseann F. Glick as an account executive. A marketing graduate of the University of Maryland, the Baltimore resident was vice president of Paula Rome & Associates before joining the advertising and marketing agency in Towson.

Strassner art director at Cyphers Wood

Cyphers Wood, an Annapolis-based advertising and public relations firm, named Lauren Strass-ner art director. Formerly an art designer with Mid-Atlantic Country magazine, she is a fine arts graduate of Salisbury State University.


Clingerman promoted at Katz, Abosch

Katz, Abosch, Windesheim, Gershman & Freedman, a Baltimore-based accounting and management consulting firm, promoted Christine M. Clingerman to the post of manager.

Clingerman is assigned to the firm's Towson office.

Amy Seitz joins Hampden agency

Profiles Inc. appointed Amy Seitz an account executive at the Hampden-based public relations agency. She formerly was an account manager with Chesapeake Communications Group.
