Bozzuto Homes has sold 69 of the 126 condominiums it is building at StoneCreek in Russett.

A 613-acre planned community in northwestern Anne Arundel County, Russett has 200 acres of nature areas, including Oxbow Lake. Russett also has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a new public library.

With a base price of $99,990 for 945 square feet, the Brookhollow is the smallest and least-expensive home Bozzuto offers at StoneCreek.

A 13-by-11-foot bedroom is to the left of the entry foyer, while the owner's suite with a 12-by-13-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and full bath is on the other side of the 15-by-16-foot living room.
