Highlights: Nicknamed "Captain Comeback" after he led the Indianapolis Colts to five fourth-quarter victories in 1995 and '96 and 12 in his career, Harbaugh has led his team to the playoffs six of his 11 pro years, including two times with the Colts in '95 and '96 under Ravens coach Ted Marchibroda. In 1995, Harbaugh made the Pro Bowl and led the NFL with a 100.7 quarterback rating. Before playing for the Colts, Harbaugh spent seven years in Chicago. Off the field, Harbaugh has a passion for auto racing. He is part-owner of the Pennzoil IndyCar team.
