The only time it passed 1.5 million sooner was on the 45th date in 1985, on the way to a club record attendance total of 2,210,352.

Phillies: Curt Schilling became the first Philadelphia pitcher to strike out at least 200 in consecutive seasons since Steve Carlton (1982-83). Philadelphia is 13-5 in its past 18 one-run games.

Rockies: Starter Jamey Wright is winless in his past eight starts. Vinny Castilla extended his hitting streak to 12 games.
