Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Robbery: A woman, 30, was in the 800 block of N. Carey St. about 6: 30 a.m. yesterday when a man grabbed her around the neck and robbed her of about $50.

Burglary: Appliances and electronic equipment, all valued at $700, were stolen from a house in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Ave. on Saturday.

Robbery: Two men, armed with a crowbar and a golf club, robbed a man of $32 in the 1400 block of N. Carey St. about 6 Saturday.

Northeastern District

Man shoots self: A man, 21, was unloading a registered #i .357-caliber Magnum Colt revolver while seated in his car outside Beck's Crab Shack in the 4200 block of Sanner Ave. about 12: 30 a.m. yesterday when the weapon accidentally discharged, and a bullet hit his upper left thigh. Detective Anthony Vaeth of the violent crimes task force said the man was taken by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was in good condition. No charges were filed, Vaeth said.

Southwestern District

Shooting: Two men were arguing in the 3200 block of Leeds Ave. about 6 p.m. Saturday about the wife of one of them spraying a dog with Mace when one man shot the other in the chest. A man was arrested and the victim was in serious condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southern District

Burglary: An air conditioner and video games, all valued at $900, were stolen from an apartment in the 2300 block of Seamon Ave. on Saturday.

Burglary: A television, videocassette recorder and a radio, all valued at $450, were stolen from Holy Cross Catholic Church in the 100 block of E. West St. on Saturday.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Two riding lawn mowers were stolen from the yard of a house in the 7800 block of Belair Road on Friday.

Parkville Precinct

Vandalism: Windows of several campers parked in the first block of Shawnee Court at Doncaster Village were broken July 6. The incident was reported Friday.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Two men, one who implied he had a handgun, robbed the Uncle Wiggly's restaurant in the 6900 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 8 p.m. Saturday and drove away in a maroon Chevrolet with unknown tags.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A 17-year-old male was at Craigmont Road and Kent Avenue about 9 p.m. Saturday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his jewelry, watch and keys. The robbers drove off in a red Jeep with unknown tags.

Arson: Someone set fire to a trash can in the rear of a house in the 2500 block of Elesmere Drive in Kingswood Common about 9: 25 p.m. Saturday, causing damage to the house, but no injuries.

pTC Robbery: A man was in the 6600 block of Security Blvd. about 1 a.m. Saturday when a man who implied he had a handgun robbed him of his wallet and $43.

Robbery: Three teen-age boys were walking across the pedestrian bridge at Freeway and Twin Circle Way above Route 295 when two men, one with a knife, robbed them of a pager, jewelry and $5.
