Ashley Custom Homes is holding a grand opening of its Wellington model from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Fields of Stevenson in Stevenson, where the firm is building 65 traditional homes.

Gas cooking, heat and hot water are standard in the community in southwestern Baltimore County.

The Wellington is a 3,100-square-foot home with a base price of $353,000.

A first-floor master suite is housed in the left rear of the Wellington. It has a 14-by-21-foot bedroom, a walk-in closet and bath with whirlpool tub, dual vanities and separate glass-enclosed shower.
