Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man, 42, of an undisclosed sum of money in the 800 block of E. Baltimore St. about 4 a.m. Sunday.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Police continue to seek two men apparently posing as police officers who robbed a 21-year-old man of $300 as he sat in his parked car in the 5300 block of Beaufort Ave. about 10: 30 p.m. Friday. The victim told police the men displayed badges before demanding his money.

Eastern District

Burglary: A 1996-model mo-ped valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 200 block of N. Duncan St. on Sunday by someone who entered through a rear door while the occupant slept.

Theft: A briefcase containing cash and personal papers was stolen Sunday, from a 1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse parked in the 1500 block of N. Bethel St.

Theft: Someone entered a car parked in the 600 block of E. Eager St. on Sunday and stole a briefcase valued at $100.

Assault: A man and a woman were arguing in the man's car while the vehicle was stopped in the 2900 block of E. Oliver St. on Sunday when the man got out of the car, pulled the woman out by the hair and struck her in the face with a handgun. The man drove off before police arrived. The 44-year-old woman suffered a swollen eye but declined medical treatment.

Central District

Burglary: Someone entered the offices of two businesses in the Jefferson Building in the first block of E. Fayette St. on Sunday and stole cash and three laptop computers, all valued at more than $6,000.

Arrests: Two men were arrested Sunday shortly after they broke into a 1985 Chevrolet Camaro parked in the first block of W. Franklin St. and stole a set of keys.

Theft: A cellular phone valued at $100 was stolen from a 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser parked in the 400 block of N. Charles St. on Sunday.

Theft: Someone entered a 1993 Mazda 626 parked in the 100 block of S. Eutaw St. on Sunday and stole a cellular phone valued at $200.

Theft: Several compact discs, sunglasses, a purse, keys and other items, all valued at nearly $400, were stolen from a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu parked in the first block of Light St. on Sunday.

Theft: A wallet and a travel bag valued at more than $400 were stolen from a 1997 Nissan Quest parked in the 100 block of Concord St. Sunday.

Northern District

Burglary: A 20-inch gold necklace with a crucifix attached, valued at more than $100, was stolen from a house in the 2700 block of Maryland Ave. on Sunday by someone who entered through a window.

Theft: A 13-inch television valued at $300 was stolen from a truck parked in the 2600 block of N. Charles St. on Sunday.

Theft: A compact disc player and several compact discs, all valued at nearly $400, were stolen from a 1993 Hyundai parked in the 2900 block of Lovegrove St. Sunday.

Stolen car: A 1993 Plymouth van with tags ABG 70A was stolen in the 4300 block of N. Charles St. on Sunday.

Stolen car: Police were seeking a 1992 Dodge Dynasty with tags XEX 542 that was stolen Sunday while parked in the 3600 block of Keystone Ave.

Stolen vehicle: A 1997 Hyundai with tags EMG 849 was stolen Sunday in the 2800 block of Edgecombe Circle North.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Two men robbed the McDonald's in the 900 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 2 a.m. Sunday. During the robbery, the men tied up two employees and forced a third to open a safe in the office.

Burglary: A fax machine was stolen from an office trailer owned by P. Flanigan & Sons in the 2400 block of Loch Raven Road while the trailer was parked in the 1000 block of Falls Road during the weekend.
