John W. Galiardo,director, exercised an option for 20,000 shares of common stock at $13.60 each May 21 and sold them for between $72.50 and $72.69 May 21 and now directly and indirectly holds 115,198 common.

William A. Kozy,divisional officer, exercised an option for 7,474 shares of common at between $17.28 and $19.39 each from May 20 to May 21. To cover expenses of the transaction, Kozy turned in 326 of them for $71.66 each from May 20 to May 21 and sold 6,400 shares in the open market at $72.19 each from May 20 to May 21. He now directly and indirectly holds 18,637 common.

Mark C. Throdahl,vice president, exercised an option for 3,000 shares of common at $19.31 each May 22 and sold them at $72.31 each May 22 and now directly and indirectly holds 18,619 common.

Vernon J. Miller,no longer required to file as an insider, exercised an option for 13,500 shares of common stock at $7.92 each June 5. To cover expenses of the transaction, Miller turned in 13,500 of them for $19.75 each June 5 and now directly and indirectly holds 4,266 common.

Micros Systems Inc.

Ronald J. Kolson,officer, sold 2,000 shares of common for between $61 and $61.13 each May 12 and now directly holds 35,000 shares of common.
